General:
The website www.thegolflocker.co.za serves as a full online golf retail store and nothing else; no other items will be billed or shipped from this site. This website is owned and operated by Golf Locker Retail Group Pty. Ltd – Trading as “The Golf Locker”.
Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.
Final invoice amount is required to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once full amount reflects in the account of The Golf Locker.
In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur in which event we shall make an exception to our standard no refund policy and process a refund.
Handling time may vary from 1-3 working days on average depending on the dispatch load.
Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.
We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 30 working days.
The Golf Locker takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses.
All sales are final. No refunds. Only exchanges or store credit and in line with our Return &; Exchange Policy.
Returns are accepted under specific instances, and are subject to agreement to the Returns Policy.
Clearance/Sale items or promotional sale items may not be refunded, returned, or exchanged. All Clearance/Sale or promotional sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds, returns or exchanges.
Deliveries & Shipping:
All orders placed on www.thegolflocker.co.za include FREE SHIPPING on orders over R5000
nationwide in South Africa. Delivery Fees will be charged on orders less than R5000 and such fees will be calculated based off of location of the customer and delivery service chosen by said customer.
Delivery times (Days) do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.
We only courier items Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping
fees incurred.
Discounts Codes:
Discount codes can be used via our online system and will be applied according to the terms of the actual discount code. Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already on sale.
Credit Card Security with “Peach Payments”:
The Golf Locker takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of our users.
The Golf Locker accepts various secure payment methods.
We accept transactions from all major credit card establishments such as VISA, Mastercard,
American Express and Apple Pay.
Credit card transactions will be acquired for The Golf Locker via Peach Payments (Pty) Ltd. Peach Payments uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.peachpayments.com to view their security certificate and security policy.
The Golf Locker has no access to card details entered by the client on Peach Payment’s secure site.
Instant EFT Security with "OZOW":
OZOW uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details and/or banking details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.ozow.com to view their security certificate and security policy.
The Golf Locker has no access to card and/or bank details entered by the client on OZOW’s secure site.
The Golf Locker takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.
The Golf Locker has the sole discretion to change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. The Golf Locker has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions without notice to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods or changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our website’s capabilities.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority.
