At The Golf Locker, we pride ourselves on stocking premium golf brands that undergo strict quality control before reaching you. Because of supplier restrictions, returns are limited to defective or incorrectly supplied items.
1. When Returns Are Accepted

If you receive the wrong item.

If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
2. When Returns Are Not Accepted

Items that have been opened, used, or worn.

Items purchased on sale or promotion.
3. Timeframe

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

After 7 days, we are unable to process a return request.
4. Inspection Process

All returned items will undergo a strict inspection with our suppliers to determine if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or misuse.

The inspection process may take up to 15 working days.
5. Refunds & Exchanges

If the return is approved after inspection, you may choose between:

An exchange for the correct item, or

A refund to your original payment method.

Refunds and exchanges are processed after inspection is completed.
6. Return Process

You will be provided with instructions once your return is approved.

Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service. The Golf Locker is not responsible for lost parcels.
