Returns & Exchanges Policy

No cash refunds will be given, only exchanges or store credit.

Products purchased on sale may not be refunded, returned, or exchanged. All promotional sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds, returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unworn, not used and in the same condition that you received it, with the original protective packaging still on. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.

A return must be logged within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Products damaged or broken due to a Manufacturing default and still under Warranty will be exchanged after the product is returned and evaluated and it is confirmed that the fault is indeed a manufacturing default. Once we (The Golf Locker) are satisfied that this is the case, an exchange will be processed.

We strongly recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent to us via a trackable courier company and be insured for loss and damage. Products should also be returned to us by a method that requires a signature from us to acknowledge our receipt of the returned Products.

The Golf Locker does not accept any responsibility for packages lost in transit.

All products being returned must be repackaged in a well-sealed box (preferably the one it was delivered in) for return delivery to us.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will assess whether the product is faulty (and the cause of such fault), worn or significantly different to that when it left our premises.

To log a return/exchange visit the "My Account" section followed by “My Orders”. Select the item that you would like to return/exchange and complete the form with your information. Once your return/exchange has been received by us, processed and approved by The Golf Locker for exchange or credit, the replacement will be dispatched via courier, at our cost or your account with us will be credited with store credit.
