Delivery Policy

We offer nationwide delivery within the Republic of South Africa. Orders over R5000 qualify for free shipping.

1. Shipping Rates

Gauteng: Standard Shipping R100 for orders below R5000.
Other Provinces in South Africa: Standard Shipping R150 for orders below R5000.
Nationwide: Free Shipping on all orders of R5000 and above.

2. Handling & Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery is 2–5 working days after dispatch.
During peak periods (sales, promotions, or holidays), delivery may take up to 7–10 working days.
All orders will be delivered within 30 days from order confirmation, in line with consumer regulations.

4. Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please ensure that someone is available to sign for delivery at the provided address. If no one is available, please consider using your work address. Couriers may contact you on arrival.
Orders with incorrect billing details, failed payment processing, or requiring additional verification may be delayed.

5. International Orders

Deliveries outside of South Africa are subject to international courier fees and local import duties/taxes, payable by the customer.
Customers may contact us for a shipping quote before placing an international order.

6. Courier & Tracking

All orders are shipped with BEX Couriers.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link with your shipping confirmation to monitor your delivery.
